TBT...But, Not Too Far Back.
Welcome to our first "Throw Back Thursday" post! Today, I'm throwing it back a whole 2 weeks ;) Our team had the unique pleasure of presenting at SHARE earlier this month. It was our first time attending the conference and we had a fantastic experience. Scott presented on Thursday and had a great turnout to his morning session. The topic was "Integrating RTC Enterprise with ChangeMan Package Management & Build." There were lots of great questions and good conversation.
The conference was held in Pittsburgh and lucky for us, we had some time to explore the city. Of course we got some work in as well...from a great local bar.
Maybe Pittsburgh in August is always nice, or maybe we just got lucky. Either way, I was amazed at how beautiful the cityscape is. The gold painted bridges and hanging flower baskets were the first thing we saw after exiting the Fort Pitt tunnel. It was like that scene in Roger Rabbit... you know, when the characters take the tunnel to Toon Town and are immediately dropped into a magical cartoon world. It was just like that...but in Pittsburgh ;)
We had some great tour guides. Our IBM partner team-members were excellent hosts and made us feel extremely welcome. Check out that gorgeous view from Mt. Washington!
Pittsburgh was great. We had a fantastic time and are looking forward to making a return trip!
