What's the difference between Developers and Testers? While they have a lot in common... curiosity, problem-solving skills, both are self-learners, their roles are very different.
Developers want to design a solution incorporating all of the features and requirements outlined by the business. Testers think outside the box and look for ways to debunk the developers code by finding gaps in their work. Ultimately, their goal is the same... to develop a complete solution that meets requirements by deadline. So, which side of the desk do you sit on?
